Viewture and the Viewture website.

If you contact us, or register an account with Viewture, we may collect your name, e-mail address and contact data. Our web application, iQuant, does not collect any personal information but will collect metrics on your channel performance.

• Logs. We may automatically receive details of the website you were browsing prior your visit to Viewture and the website you subsequently visit after leaving our site. Logs will also contain your IP address, your device details (mobile device, operating system etc.) and internet provider.
• Cookies: Our use of cookies is covered in more detail in our Cookie Policy. Cookies are text files containing small amounts of data and allow us to see activity on our website. Cookies allow us to personalise content to each user of our website.


2. How do we use your information?

We process your information based on our legitimate business interests. These are:
• When responding to your queries or complaints through e-mail or our website forms
• When responding to you after you have used our web application to access your channel data
• When we analyse our website visitor data to understand how to improve our content

our terms.

We do not aim any of our services at children under the age of 13 and do not knowingly collect personal data regarding children under the age of 13. Viewture have implemented appropriate security measures and organisational/technical controls to protect your personal data against unauthorised processing and being accidentally lost, altered, damaged or destroyed.  Despite our efforts, the security measures we employ cannot totally ensure that the electronic transmission of your data over the internet is secure.  Although we will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal data once with Viewture, we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data sent to our site and so you provide it at your own risk.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice.  No purpose in this notice will require Viewture keeping your personal information for more than 3 years after the end of any business relationship with you.  However, at the point that we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will delete or anonymise your information.
