Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both
agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern
Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their
formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Our trade marks
"Viewture" and "iQuant" are trade marks of Viewture Limited. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted
under How you may use material on our site.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract.
This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply.
If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you're not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can't do it later.
Allowing us to see your YouTube account
As part of obtaining our services, you may allow us to access your YouTube account, as is permitted under the applicable YouTube terms and conditions that
govern your use of your YouTube account.
You agree that you are entitled to grant us access to your YouTube account without breach by you of any of the applicable YouTube
terms and conditions and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by YouTube. Personally identifiable information that you post
to your YouTube account may be available to us.
You may disable our access to your YouTube at any time. Please note that your relationship with YouTube is governed solely by the
applicable YouTube terms and conditions.
